After-Sales Services & Purchase Methods

  1. Refund, exchange or replacement covers any product quality issue within seven days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition when received. You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your refund, exchange or replacement. Exchanges and replacements shipping expenses will be covered by the customer. Customer will agree to send the products back at his/her own cost.
  2. Cancellations / Modifications of orders are possible within 24 hours after the order was placed.
  3. Once the product is shipped we cannot cancel the order or change the shipping address.
  4. New Zealand Face Masks may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If New Zealand Face Masks cancels an order after you have already been charged, we will refund the charged amount.
  5. Our company is responsible for the loss of parcel and should this occur you can either apply for repost or refund. However, damage to the packaging (and not product) is not covered.
  6. Tax invoice: please add your email address in the comment box of the shopping cart if you need at tax invoice, we will email this to you within 3 business days.
